As the Founder and CEO of RYSE Management, Amber has successfully established RYSE as a premier boutique firm, redefining property management with a high-touch, results-driven approach that enhances performance, maximizes profitability, and elevates the resident experience.

Originally from Southern California, Amber is now a proud Texas transplant with deep roots in the Southwest region. Her career includes extensive marketing and operational leadership experience, overseeing Southern California and Southwest markets, where she successfully implemented market-driven leasing strategies, asset repositioning plans, and revenue growth initiatives.

Amber has held executive leadership roles at top NMHC firms, including RPM Living and FPI Management, where she led large-scale portfolios, developed market-leading operational strategies, and drove significant financial growth. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in portfolio turnarounds, revenue enhancement initiatives, and cost-saving strategies that directly impact bottom-line performance.

Recognized for her forward-thinking approach, Amber has positioned RYSE as a leader in boutique property management, offering clients a hands-on, tailored approach to operations. She is known for challenging industry norms, streamlining processes, and creating customized management solutions that prioritize financial success without sacrificing resident satisfaction.

Tina Moore brings over 16 years of multifamily industry experience across Southern California and Texas to her role as Chief Operating Officer at RYSE Management. Her dynamic leadership journey includes executive roles with RPM Living and a successful career progression at FPI Management. Tina’s expertise spans the full spectrum of asset types, including repositioning value-add properties, managing affordable housing communities, overseeing stabilized Class A portfolios, and leading lease-up efforts.

With a strong passion for finance, Tina has consistently turned underperforming assets into cash-flowing, thriving communities. Her financial acumen and budget-driven mindset allow her to align operations with ownership objectives and drive NOI performance across diverse portfolios. She leads with purpose and by example, inspiring teams to succeed through collaboration, accountability, and support.

Known for her ability to build high-performing teams and transform distressed assets, Tina is a hands-on, present leader who is always ready to jump in and support her teams on the ground.

Joe Jacobs’ journey is defined by perseverance, dedication, and leadership—values that shape the vision and financial strategy of RYSE Management. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Joe is responsible for driving financial stability, investment growth, and strategic capital management, ensuring that RYSE’s boutique approach to property management delivers long-term value for investors, owners, team members and residents alike.

Bringing a strategic, results-driven mindset to his role, Joe oversees financial planning, operational efficiencies, and investment strategies that position RYSE for sustained growth. His leadership ensures that every asset under management is optimized for profitability, financial health, and operational excellence.

Joe has spent over two decades dedicated to mentorship, youth development, and community service. As a Supervisor for the Travis County Juvenile Probation Department in Austin, TX, he has played a key role in ensuring the safety, education, and well-being of both staff and the young individuals under his care. His career in public service began in San Diego County as a Probation Officer, where he worked directly with at-risk youth, guiding them toward stability and success.

Prior to his career in public service, Joe spent 15 years as a professional football player, signing as a free agent with the Detroit Lions before playing in the Canadian Football League and Arena Football League. As a three-time Arena Bowl Champion with the San Jose SaberCats and Albany Firebirds, Joe showcased his discipline, resilience, and leadership both on and off the field. He earned First Team All-Arena and All Iron Man Team honors, while also serving as Team Captain and Player Representative for the AFL Players Association—a testament to his ability to lead and advocate for others. Recognized as Utah State University’s 17th All-Time Top Pro Athlete, Joe’s influence extends far beyond sports.

Joe is deeply committed to youth mentorship and athletic development. He has led, attended, and organized numerous youth football camps, serving as Head Coach for Pop Warner, NFL Flag Football, and local community teams. His passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing young athletes continues as he remains actively involved in youth sports programs and training camps, instilling the values of discipline, teamwork, and leadership in the next generation.

Now, as CFO of RYSE Management, he applies his leadership, strategic expertise, and financial acumen to ensure that RYSE’s growth is sustainable, mission-driven, and financially sound. With a passion for breaking cycles of housing insecurity and creating economic opportunities, Joe is committed to empowering individuals and families with the stability they need to thrive.

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from Utah State University and continues to be a strong advocate for mentorship, leadership, and community impact—principles that guide his role in shaping RYSE’s financial future and the communities we serve.

Brian Roberts serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Board Member to RYSE Management through a strategic partnership with COR Property Management Solutions, where he is the Founder and CEO. Under this partnership, CORPM provides RYSE with centralized back-office services, including accounting, internal controls, systems integration, and operational best practices.

With more than 20 years of executive experience in multifamily operations, Brian leads RYSE’s efforts to build a scalable, efficient operational foundation. He oversees the implementation of centralized processes that drive financial accuracy, streamline reporting, and support long-term portfolio performance. His hands-on leadership in accounting, investor communications, and system standardization has been instrumental in elevating RYSE’s infrastructure during its growth phase.

As a Board Advisor, Brian also provides strategic guidance on operations, technology, and financial planning, helping ensure RYSE’s executive team is aligned with the company’s mission and long-term objectives.

Throughout his career, Brian has held executive roles with Lantower Residential, Seldin Company, and Bigelow Management. He has led portfolios of 20,000+ units, completed multiple lease-ups, improved NOI across markets, and built high-performing teams across accounting, asset management, and operations.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and brings deep expertise in platforms like Yardi, ResMan, and a wide array of business intelligence tools. His dual role as CEO of CORPM and strategic leader within RYSE uniquely positions him to guide both daily execution and long-term growth.

Andre Ochman serves as Vice President of Marketing at RYSE Management, where he leads strategic marketing initiatives that drive portfolio performance, support leasing velocity, and enhance the overall resident experience. A forward-thinking marketing executive, Andre brings deep expertise in digital strategy, brand development, and revenue-focused campaign execution across the multifamily landscape.

With a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and boost digital visibility, Andre develops and implements innovative marketing solutions that directly impact occupancy and NOI. His performance-driven approach has delivered exceptional results—including campaigns that have produced tens of thousands of leads, driven millions in revenue, and achieved double-digit returns on ad spend. He is skilled at leveraging tools such as paid media, SEO, email, SMS, and social platforms to position communities competitively in every market.

At RYSE, Andre plays a key role in shaping the company’s brand presence—from launching new communities and repositioning assets to amplifying resident communication and engagement. His ability to align marketing strategy with operational goals helps ensure that each asset is positioned to thrive, even in challenging market conditions.

Known for his creativity, analytical rigor, and hands-on leadership style, Andre collaborates closely with on-site teams, regional leaders, and ownership groups to deliver marketing strategies that are both innovative and impactful. He is passionate about using data and storytelling to elevate the RYSE brand while delivering tangible value across every asset.

Andre holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from San Diego State University and is proficient in platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Zapier, High Level, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
